Buried Logic: New Category 'Lowlifes Making Headlines'

Given the early popularity of Return 2 Vendor here on Buried Logic, I wanted to create a category for those ‘Lowlifes Making Headlines’ that don’t quite deserve the R2V designation.

R2V, I believe, should be reserved for the most despicable of human actions. As I see it, ‘Lowlifes Making Headlines’ is a category just below that threshold. These miscreants absolutely deserve our attention, if not our vote for their total removal from our society.

So here we go.
