Brian’s 2285 Lance Trailer was designed with state-of the-art engineering and the same superior quality and attention to detail that Brian has come to trust in his Lance 1181 Truck Camper. His fully laminated fiberglass exterior with an aluminum frame and TPO one-piece roof atop a high strength, lightweight frame, equipped with torsion bar suspension and upgraded radial tires will serve as Brian’s base of operations for 2010, and beyond. Equipped with radius windows and doors, European-style cabinets, upgraded fabrics and upholstery, Brian’s trailer, like all Lance Campers and Trailers, was manufactured with very low VOC (volatile organic compound) fabrics, carpet, walls and cabinet wood.

The PowerHub 1800 from Solutions from Science is the brains of the operation. Connected to five (5) 150-watt solar panels and two (2) 160-watt wind turbines, the PowerHub 1800 is capable of accepting over 1200-watts of renewable energies and stores that energy into four (4) 100-amp hour batteries. Designed to be portable, the PowerHub can be disconnected from the Lance Trailer and relocated during an emergency situation. Brian also relies on the PowerSource 1800. A completely portable and ultra-high efficient solar power generator that produces 1800 watts of household electricity on demand, all with the direct help of the sun.
